The main reason my dad choose this tour is because it stopped at Teotihuacan.  Our tour spent part of a day there, but that was not enough for my dad and I so the following day we had day of our choice, so of course we choose to go back to the pyramids.

This is the main complex of Teotihuacan.  It shows the Avenue of the Dead, with the Pyramid of the Sun on the left.  I took this picture from a bit more than halfway up the Pyramid of the Moon.

This is the same view as above, except it was taken from the top.

This is the Pyramid of the Moon.  The steps are fairly large going up which makes the climb harder, but has you can tell from the pictures above, it is well worth the climb.

This is the Pyramid of the Sun.  Though taller than the Pyramid of the Moon, its steps are a bit smaller so easier to climb.

This is from the top of the Pyramid of the Sun.  Off  to the right is the Pyramid of the Moon.

I was amazed at the size of Teotihuacan.  There were many other areas surrounding the two main pyramids and much area that has not even been excavated yet.

This is the Avenue of the Dead again, except this time it is taken from the other end.  At the very end is the Pyramid of the Moon and on the right is the Pyramid of the Sun.

Here is another shot of the same view.

This is the Temple of Quetzalcoatl.  There has been restoration work done on the other pyramids, but what you see here is all original.  The artwork and stone work that I saw was truly amazing.

Here is more of the stone work that is found on the Temple of Quetzalcoatl.

This is the top of the Palace of the Quetzal-butterfly.  The murals and stone work found here probably made it the most beautiful part of Teotihuacan.
