What am I?
Am I alive?
What about free?
Am I independent?
What am I?

I am alive!
I am overflowing with life.
Just look at me,
Can't you tell I am alive? 

Of course I am free!
No bonds hold me
My will is my own
No one holds a claim to me.

Independent?
How couldn't I be.
I don't need to depend on anyone
I can make it on my own

What am I ?
I am a person
A beautiful creation of God
Who gave me life, freedom, and independence
