The
sun was bright and shining warm on me,
The
sand was rough, but silky to my skin.
The
waves were slowly coming in from the sea,
The
wind blew softly through the clear blue sky.
Abruptly,
everything was filled with rage
As
the sky grew murky, waves grew ten feet tall.
And
the wind was set free from its hidden cage.
It
fought until it gave up, giving all.
The
sea is filled now with a silent peace,
The
wind has dies, the air is very cold.
The
seagulls cry a mournful melody
And
the sun no longer shines, because it is old.
My
life is gone; it's quiet like the sea,
But
who will come, and who will mourn for me?
